What can I expect working with you?
Collaborative partnership with regular communication throughout the project. I adapt to your team's workflow (Slack, calls, async documentation) and keep you aligned on goals, insights, and next steps. You'll understand the research process, not just receive a final report.
How long does a typical project take?
Discovery research: 4-6 weeks. Research operations setup: 6-8 weeks. Timeline depends on scope, participant recruitment, and your team's availability. Discussed during discovery call.
What do you need from my team?
Kickoff time (1-2 hours), stakeholder availability for interviews and research observation, review/feedback on deliverables, and final presentation attendance. I coordinate logistics (recruitment, scheduling, facilitation) while keeping your team engaged throughout.
Can you work in regulated industries?
Yes. Experience navigating compliance, legal, and risk requirements in financial services. Comfortable with NDAs, data privacy protocols, and security requirements.
