A Brand Strategy comes to help you study your target audience, your competitors and build a unique brand positioning that will make sure you create unique perceptions in people's minds, triggering the right feelings in your target audience.
This knowledge will bring you more clarity about your business, how to manage it and how to make sure that the right clients will come to you — and don't get frustrated when the wrong ones say your job is too expensive.

What's included

  • Learn Your Audience!

    Whether you're a small business or a giant corp, you need to know who you're talking to. This way, you can offer your product or service to the right people and be in the right places to talk to them! That's why we're gonna make a discovery workshop to make sure you know who they are, where they live and how they behave! At the end of the Workshop we'll have material to go to the next step!

  • Who are your competitors?

    In this phase we're gonna make a workshop to study your competitors, their differentiation points, and the strategies they've been using. The objective is to find the minimum benefits you have to have in your category so we can start thinking about differentiation strategies to make your business stand out!

  • Why should someone buy from you?

    Here we're gonna discuss why someone should by from you, what are the benefits and costs your brand brings to your target audience to answer one of the most important questions: why should I (your target audience) buy from you? At the end of the workshop we'll have the answer to this question.

  • Who are you?

    In this step we're finally building your positioning statement, using all the information we gathered in previous workshops to finally discuss about your differentiation and parity points and how to show them to your public!

  • What's your personality?

    Your brand, just like you and me, have to connect with your audience; this can be achieved by strategically creating a personality to it! In this step we'll run yet another Workshop to discuss about the traits you want your brand to have (or not) and why.

  • What you stand for?

    What does your brand believe in? What does it stand for? Which kind of social causes your brand defends? That's all we're gonna talk about in this Workshop, focusing on discovering your brand core values, and how they can be communicated to your target audience.

  • How do you talk to your clients?

    Our last Workshop will be all about tone of voice and how your brand's gonna communicate through writing and talking. Here we're gonna explore the words you can use, and the ones you can't, in order to keep your image inside the scope of our strategy.

  • Brandbook

    At the end of this Brand Strategy session, you'll receive a Brandbook with the information we gathered that will work as a guide on how your brand should behave and communicate with your audience, who they are and what are your differentiation points!
