Process

1. Kickoff & Discovery We start with a structured kickoff call to align on goals, users, tech constraints, and product strategy. I ask the right questions early to avoid surprises later.

2. Research & UX Direction I map user flows, gather references, and define UX patterns based on your goals. If needed, I’ll audit existing designs or products for context.

3. Wireframes & UX Alignment Low-fidelity wireframes establish structure, layout, and content hierarchy. I share early and often — every key screen gets reviewed to make sure we’re directionally locked before moving to UI.

4. UI Design & System Setup Once UX is aligned, I design clean, consistent interfaces in Figma using components, variants, and tokens. I can build off frameworks like Tailwind/Tailspin, or set up a lightweight custom design system.

5. Feedback & Iteration I share progress frequently through Looms, Figma links, or async updates. You’re in the loop every step — no big reveals, no wasted time.

6. Final Delivery & Dev Handoff Once approved, I prepare dev-ready Figma files, annotations, and assets. If needed, I also work with devs to ensure smooth implementation.
