You have a validated SaaS idea and need it built right the first time. I architect and ship production-ready platforms end-to-end: from system design through to a deployed, scalable product your users can start paying for.
This service is for founders and teams who are past the idea stage and ready to build. You bring the product vision and requirements; I handle everything from database schema to deployment pipeline.
My process:
Week 1-2: Discovery & Architecture I dig into your business model, user flows, and technical requirements. You get a system architecture document covering data models, API design, auth strategy, infrastructure plan, and a detailed build roadmap. No code is written until we agree on the blueprint.
Week 3-6: Build Sprints I build in weekly sprints with demos every Friday. You see real progress every week and can course-correct early. The backend, frontend, integrations, and admin tooling all come together in parallel.
Week 7: Integration & QA End-to-end testing, performance optimization, security hardening, and edge case handling. I make sure the platform holds up under real-world conditions before anything goes live.
Week 8: Deployment & Handoff CI/CD pipeline setup, cloud deployment, monitoring, documentation, and a full technical handoff. You own everything.
What makes this different: I own the full stack. I've shipped multi-tenant platforms handling real money and real users (LockedIN processed transactions across multiple subdomains; Vendyz drove 6k+ signups with payment infrastructure). I design in Figma, build in React/Next.js and Node.js, and deploy to production. One person, one accountable relationship, no handoff gaps between design and engineering.
Tech stack (flexible based on your needs): React / Next.js, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL / Supabase, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Stripe, AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean, Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD
