• Can I customize my branding kit?

  Absolutely! Every branding kit is tailored to your specific brand’s goals and vision. Whether it’s adjusting the color palette or adding unique graphic elements, I’ll work with you to ensure your branding kit feels just right for your business.

• Do I get source files for my designs?

  You can only receive editable source files (AI, PSD, or other file formats) for logos, social media templates, and any other design elements under the Impact package. This gives you the flexibility to make future edits if needed. If you need them for other packages, we can discuss an additional fee.

• What is the timeline for receiving my branding kit?

  The timeline for delivering your branding kit depends on the complexity of the package. Here’s an estimated breakdown: Foundation Kit: 5–7 business days Growth Kit: 7–10 business days Impact Kit: 10–14 business days I’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything stays on track.

• Can I request revisions?

  Yes! I offer 2 rounds of revisions with each package to make sure the designs meet your expectations. If you need additional revisions, we can discuss a custom rate.

• What if I don’t know what style I want for my brand?

  No worries! If you're unsure about the direction, I’ll help you explore options. We can start with a brand mood board to pinpoint the style that resonates most with you, and build from there. The goal is to create a brand identity that you love and feel represents your business accurately.

• Are mockups included in all packages?

  Mockups are part of the Impact Branding Kit, but if you’re interested in mockups for other packages, I can create them for an additional fee. Just let me know when we discuss your project!

• What if I only need specific elements from the branding kit?

  If you’re not looking for a full kit but only need specific elements (e.g., a logo or social media templates), I’m happy to work with you on a custom package. Just reach out and we can discuss your needs!
