Summary

The four modules in my Brand Strategy framework are designed to give you and your team more clarity, connect you deeply with your audience and fortify your direction, so you can reach more people, build stronger relationships, and drive better results.
1) Brand Essence
Your essence brings together your values, your mission statement, your vision, and your purpose to guide you into the future, it is the soul of your company, your guiding star. If you know exactly what your business stands for, you’ll have an easier time conveying it's meaning to your customers and investors.
2) Positioning
Brand positioning is all about identifying your unique position inside your market, against your competitors, and through the viewpoint of your customer. The customer is key here, so it is important to think about how they will perceive your brand, how it fits their needs, and what their expectations are.
Aligning your brand with your audience will ensure you meet your  goals and make the change you seek to bring to the world.
3) Brand Personality
Humans are social animals and one of their deepest needs is connection. And the more alike someone is, the faster the connection happens.
If we want to build a connection to our tribe then we need to create a personality as real as a human being (or as close as it can get). We want our customers to talk to us, laugh with us, open up their hearts to us and fall in love with us.
4) Roadmap
Here we look at your long- and short-term goals, where your business stands today, and then define the gap between the two. Knowing that gap will help you identify your most pressing action items.
To create your action plan, we will generate touchpoints and prioritise the most urgent ones for analysis. We use that insight to lay out a long-term plan that will guide your organisation to the next level.
