What I personally do

On a practical level, I: Own activation, onboarding, and retention strategy Define and prioritize growth and product initiatives Design and run experiments tied to real metrics Work closely with engineering and design to ship improvements Translate customer feedback and data into roadmap decisions Set up or refine metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops Hold regular working sessions with founders and key stakeholders I stay close to execution while keeping an eye on long-term compounding. If something works, we scale it. If it doesn’t, we learn quickly and move on.
