Our email design service includes to optimising campaigns, ensuring compliance with GDPR, and offering post-campaign guidance based on detailed analytic reports.
Additionally, we provide one-off email designs and automated emails for various purposes, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Process
Every project starts with a bespoke consultation process.
A campaign strategy and send schedule are mutually agreed upon.
You prepare content, theme or goals for each campaign on the agreed date (generally 5-7 days before send date).
Email is created and tested on all platforms.
You are sent a test email for approval.
Campaign is scheduled for send.
post-send analytic report is generated (usually 1 week post send).
Changes and iterations based upon analytic report informs the content of the next send.
What's included
Up to 4 email campaigns per month
Email design and build using Mailchimp as standard. Other platforms (e.g Klaviyo, Hubspot) can be used on request.
Post Campaign Analytic report
Exported from Mailchimp (or other platform as discussed), breaking down statistics such as subscriber count, click-through rates and conversions.
Copywriting and content creation
Copy for email campaigns and bespoke imagery (on-site). Available at an extra cost.
