How does your Design Sprint work?
It’s a fixed-scope, with 14 working day (2 weeks) design engagement focused on one core product outcome. Each week includes structured checkpoints and clear deliverables.
How many meetings are required?
This sprint runs async-first. Only minimal meetings: - Kickoff (async or 15-30 minutes) - Week 1 checkpoint - Final demo
What will I receive after 14 days?
You will receive: - UX Research: Market, competitors - UX flow mapping - High-fidelity UI screens - Interactive prototype - Mini design system (tokens + components) - Product notes and prioritization
Can you cover multiple features in one sprint?
No. Each sprint focuses on one core objective to ensure quality and speed.
Can the sprint be extended if I want more scope?
No. Timeline is fixed. Additional work goes into the next sprint.
Does the sprint include development?
The sprint only focuses on UX/UI, product clarity, and a usable prototype. Development is not included.
Is branding included?
Branding is out of scope unless explicitly added as a separate engagement.
What if I need more screens than planned?
Additional screens or flows can be included in future sprints.
How many revisions are included?
Each sprint includes one controlled revision cycle, limited to the agreed scope.
What happens if I change direction mid-sprint?
Large changes go to the next sprint. Minor changes within scope will be handled during the revision cycle.
When will I see the first output?
Within the first 2–4 days all on Research+ UX flows + IA. UI and prototype arrive during Week 2.
