  Each cycle targets one clear outcome, agreed upon before the sprint starts. Examples: - Improve onboarding - Add a new settings module - Redesign dashboard - Expand design system - Increase conversion on a key flow

• What do I get from each month?

  Depending on the 2 objectives, deliverables may include: - UX refinements - New UI screens - Updated prototype - Component/system expansions - Interaction states & variants - Usability improvements - Documentation + next steps

• Does this include development?

  Sprint Cycles focus exclusively on product + UX/UI design.

• Does this include branding?

  Branding is out of scope for Sprint Cycles.

• How do we communicate?

  Mostly async via Slack. Weekly checkpoint updates and real-time progress in Figma.

• Can we pause?

  Yes, you can pause between months. No long-term contract.

• Can you help define the roadmap for future?

  Each month ends with recommendations + prioritization to inform the next sprint.

• How do you ensure consistency across cycles?

  Through: - design system updates - documentation - consistent UX logic - reusable components - clear sprint objectives each cycle

• Do you provide handoff for developers?

  Yes — each cycle includes a structured handoff with Figma specs.

• Can we switch objectives?

  Yes — each cycle is independent. You can focus on a different part of the product each time.

• What if I don’t know what should be improved next?

  I provide product recommendations and help prioritize areas that deliver the highest impact.
