Product design for SaaS platforms and first MVPs, from architecture through dev-ready handoff.
Who this is for. Two situations. You are building a first version and need it structured properly before engineering time gets spent on the wrong thing. Or you have a live product with a retention problem you can feel but cannot name.
On the retention case. T-Media came to me losing users on an overloaded dashboard. No hierarchy, too many elements competing, and an interface that added work instead of removing it. The fix was not a facelift. I rebuilt the mental model of the workspace so a user can see their whole workload at once, then designed a full professional interface on top of that idea. That is the level this package works at.
On the MVP case. LifeStack launched with the architecture to grow into communities, subscriptions, and practitioner access without rebuilding the foundation. Getting that right at MVP stage is the difference between version two being an iteration and version two being a rewrite.
Process. Flows and architecture, then core screens, then the design system, then handoff documented for engineers. Weekly reviews in Figma.
Scope. Four to eight weeks depending on surface count. Exact scope agreed in writing before we start, so the price does not drift.
