Process

Planning: I'll analyze your existing brand identity and website (if any) before starting with the project ensuring the new design follows all the brand guidelines and is up to the mark.
Discovery call: We'll start with a friendly chat to understand your vision and goals for the website.
Exploration: Deep dive into your project, studying your briefs, researching competitors, and gathering inspiration to create a solid foundation for the project.
Structure: Creating wireframes, sitemap & user flows to outline the layout and functionality of your website.
UI concepts: Designing 1-2 initial UI concepts to test and feel the design direction of your website.
Custom Website Design: Here's where all the magic happens. I'll create a website with up to 5 pages adhering to your needs. In the form of wireframes, user flows, information architecture, site maps, and high-fidelity UI prototypes.
Revision rounds: After Structure & Design steps we collaborate through up to 5 rounds of revisions to refine and perfect every detail according to your feedback.
Responsive Design: This final design will be responsive and will work seamlessly across all devices like mobile, desktop, and tablets.
Developer Handoff: I prepare the designs for hand-off compiling the UI kit & writing annotations to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
Post Launch: Most of my clients are repeat businesses, I create lasting and trusting relationships with my clients where they can count on me beyond the site launch.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate during the design process?

    We’ll use platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord for general communication. For revision rounds, we can schedule Google Meet, Zoho or Zoom calls, or collaborate directly through Figma comments for seamless feedback.

  • How many revisions can I request during the design process?

    Your feedback is invaluable to me. I offer up to five rounds of revisions, during which you can request reasonable changes to the layout and design. I’ll notify you when the design is ready for your feedback.

  • What if I need more than five rounds of revisions?

    I understand that some projects may require extra refinement. If additional revisions are needed beyond the initial three rounds, we can arrange them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

  • What if I want to update the website or add more pages after the project is complete?

    You’re welcome to reach out anytime for updates. We can handle smaller updates at an hourly rate or discuss a flat fee for larger updates and additional pages.
