Summary

I will be available to attend to Customers during the hours agreed on, during these hours I will help resolve customers' issues, troubleshoot technical issues and also escalate to the concerned department when additional support is needed. I will also act like a bridge between the customers and the product team by relaying customers' pain points and ways to improve back to the product team
