Process
Kick-off call (30 minutes – 1 hour): An initial call for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about your business and project needs.
We will discuss the vision, timeline(s) and milestones, and how we will communicate /share relevant materials.
Typical Workflow
Client provides project materials via download and /or other agreed upon access
Materials will be copy edited (this includes line and developmental editing)
Materials will be reviewed for grammar, clarity, and flow while maintaining the creator’s voice /tone
Functional review of material will be conducted (if applicable)
Reviewed /edited materials will be delivered for client review
Client may request up to 2 rounds of revisions of the project materials

Project Materials with Tracked Edits
Reviewed /edited project materials with included tracked edits and comments
Project Materials: Clean Copy
A copy of the project materials with all applicable edits applied
Review Brief
A review brief (if applicable). This would include more in-depth review comments and suggestions.
