I am a certified facilitator that can effectively lead workshops and meetings, improving team collaboration and problem-solving. I have done this with all kinds of teams: sales, customer success, customer support, product, design, engineering, cross functional teams, HR teams, operations, etc.
Process
- Scoping call - During this call I understand the challenge you are trying to solve and the dynamics to be considered.
- Workshop plan review - I will send you a proposal of the exercises for the workshop to be facilitated so you can review and approve.
- Delivery workshop - I will facilitate the workshop with your team during the established time.
What's included
Problem Solving Workshop
1 hour facilitated workshop focused on defining a problem, defining success criteria and exploring solutions to be implemented. Outcome is to have an action plan created in collaboration of all participants.
