My product experience started actually in Sales. I have been in leadership roles at different departments: sales, customer success, customer support and of course, Product. I was a Product Director for several years, driving the product, customer support and product design teams into an aligned trajectory to success. I have worked with both established and early stage products, scaling one of them globally to over 10,000 users. I am a customer centric product manager.
