Summary

I will share with you the experience I have gained over 6 years of being a Product Leader and 10 years of working in Technology. I am a certified facilitator so I have a great toolkit to guide meaningful conversations and help you succeed.

Process

I will send you a brief form to capture the key goals you have and the context you want to share with me.

We will have the 1 hour session where we will follow a goal to challenges to solutions conversation to help you get the best out of the session. We will use a board to capture notes that I will share with you afterwards.

I will send you the notes and any additional resources that could be helpful along with a satisfaction survey so you can evaluate the service.

What type of mentorship do I give?
Whatever you need to succeed in your Product Management Role. We can talk about roadmaps, managing stakeholders, product design, product discovery, product delivery, collaboration with engineering and design. I can also provide guidance on your skill development to help you succeed in all the activities that you need to tackle.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
No and I want to be clear about that. You are the Product Manager and you know your challenges better than anyone else. My role is to help you put all the information in perspective, enrich it whenever possible but you will need to make the decisions.
Can we have multiple sessions for a better price?
Definitely! Send me a message and I can prepare a specific package for you.
What is my Product Experience?
My product experience started actually in Sales. I have been in leadership roles at different departments: sales, customer success, customer support and of course, Product. I was a Product Director for several years, driving the product, customer support and product design teams into an aligned trajectory to success. I have worked with both established and early stage products, scaling one of them globally to over 10,000 users. I am a customer centric product manager.
