I build the agent around those, pick a voice with you on real test calls, and connect one integration so the conversation ends with something written down: a booking in your calendar, or a lead in your inbox.

The first thing I build is the handover. Any call the agent shouldn't handle goes to a person, cleanly. That path exists before anything else does.

At the end you get a number you can ring, recordings of the agent working, and a written account of what it handles well, what it doesn't, and what a full build would add.

This is a pilot, and it is deliberately narrow: one language, one integration, a test number rather than your main line, and no outbound calling. Those are the natural next step, quoted once we both know what your calls really look like.
