• How long will the project take?

  Timelines vary depending on the project scope, but typically, a full design (from planning to final handoff) takes between 2 to 4 weeks. We’ll set clear timelines before starting.

• What do I need to provide before we start?

  Ideally: Your goals or vision for the project Any existing brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts) A rough idea of your target audience and competitors Don’t worry if you don’t have everything – we’ll figure it out together during the discovery phase.

• How do we communicate?

  I like to keep communication clear and easy. We'll use email or your preferred messaging platform (like WhatsApp, Teams, or Telegram) for day-to-day updates. For more detailed discussions, we can schedule quick video calls. I'm flexible and happy to work in whatever way keeps things smooth and collaborative.

• Do you handle the development too?

  No, I focus solely on design. However, I prepare everything a developer needs to bring the designs to life – including design specs, UI kits, and handoff files. I can also collaborate with your dev team or recommend trusted partners if needed.

• How many revisions are included?

  Each project comes with up to 3 rounds of revisions. My goal is to get things right without endless back and forth, so I keep you involved at every step.

• Will the design be mobile responsive?

  Yes! Every design I deliver is created with mobile, tablet(on request), and desktop views in mind. I make sure it looks and feels great on all screen sizes.

• What tools do you use?

  I mainly use Figma for design and collaboration, along with tools like Jira, Confluence when needed for project organization and feedback.

• What if I need support after the project ends?

  I’m always happy to help! I offer ongoing support and small updates if needed, just reach out, and we’ll sort something out that works for you.
