• Be clear on project goals

  What is the goal for this website? What is the one thing it’s supposed to do?

• Realign the context for a web design project

  Who is the ultimate decision maker? Who are your competitors? What do they do well? What do you don’t do well? Who is your target audience? What does the target audience care about? How do you want them to feel after seeing your website? Who will do the website copy?

• Identify Constraints

  What are the parameters we need to work within for this project? What should the website look and feel like? Are there brand guidelines we need to follow? Are there any things we must do? Are there any things we cannot do?

• Eliminate Common Problems

  Clarifying questions until we get to the core of what you're saying. If you use a specific word, e.g 'minimal' or 'clean' I will ask what it means to you. What does x mean to you?

• Fight off Design Misunderstandings

  What colors come to mind when you think about x? What typography do you think relates to x? Give specific examples.

• Design Magic

  This is the place where all the magic goes down! When it comes to design, we're gonna keep at it, tweaking and iterating until we nail it, just the way you want. My rate? A steady $100 per hour, and let me assure you, I'm lightning fast (don't just take my word for it, ask my satisfied clients!). So, how long we roll with this amazing process? That's all up to you!

• Handoff

  You will get a beautifully structured Figma file with all the layers named proper and all assets exported so that you can reuse them as you wish across the web. Also I am using mostly Google fonts so that you don't have legal issues with your website later, but if you want you can buy any typeface and we can make it work too.
