Notably, a considerable number of our clients, particularly larger startups and digital-first businesses, opt for an ongoing partnership with us. • What can I expect regarding turnaround time?

  We generally initiate work on your request within 1-3 business days, with the completion time contingent upon the complexity of the task. For those in need of expedited assistance, you have the option to purchase our priority support add-on at checkout. This ensures our swift involvement in your project within 1 business day, addressing your urgent requirements promptly.

• What do I need before we get started?

  To kick off the Webflow conversion process, we'll require the source files for your design, preferably in Sketch, Adobe XD, or a Figma link. Having versions available for both desktop and mobile will facilitate a seamless transition into Webflow. In the event that you entrust us with designing as well, we'll schedule a call to walk you through the associated process. For any other tasks, please furnish accurate descriptions through our form or email, enabling us to provide a precise estimate. It's important to note that we're readily available for communication via phone, our dashboard, Slack, or email. Feel free to reach out if any additional questions arise during the course of the project.

• What if I'm not completely satisfied with the work at the end?

  Absolutely no concerns! We are committed to refining the design until it meets your complete satisfaction. Our goal is simple: if you're not happy, we're not happy. Rest assured, we'll continue to work on the design until it aligns perfectly with your expectations. Your contentment is our priority.

• How will I communicate with you?

  We offer various communication channels depending on the package you opt for. For example, we onboard clients who have a retainer and premium Slack account in a Slack Connect channel (supporting questions and general discussion). Requests (tasks), meanwhile, are addressed via our (pretty nifty) dashboard that allows clients to brief us on work that needs to be done and follow progress as well. All communication takes place via our dashboard for hourly packages.
