Consultation call: We'll go through what data you have, what business questions you're looking to answer, what sort of KPI's of measurables you need, any theme requests and other details important to crafting the perfect report/dashboard.

Exploratory analysis: You will provide me access to the data/fabric (power BI) workspace and I will begin conducting exploratory analysis to understand the structure of the data, what's there, what cleaning may be required etc so I can then begin to plan the visuals and shape the data ready for it to be told in a story.

Development of the dashboard: I will begin developing the dashboard, starting with the general layout and theme, building it up and refining it until I am ready to submit it to you for review.

Revisions: If any are needed, revisions will be completed and the work resubmitted to approval.

Delivery/deployment: Depending on your needs, I'll deliver the files/model to you or deploy it in Power BI service.
