How can I best prepare before we start?

Absolutely. Every brand is different, and we're happy to tailor a package that fits your project, timeline, or budget. Just send us a message to get started.
How does the revision process work?
We include two rounds of revisions for key design assets in each project. If you need additional changes beyond that, we can offer extra revision rounds for an additional cost.
Can the timeline be adjusted?
Yes — while we provide an estimated timeframe for each service, we understand that some projects need to move faster or allow more time for feedback. We're flexible and always aim to work around your schedule when possible.
How does the payment process work?
For flat-fee projects, payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon project completion. Contra handles the full payment and releases the deposit to us immediately, while the final 50% is held until the project is delivered.
What happens if I need additional design assets after the project is complete?
We’re happy to support your brand’s growth. Additional branded assets like social media templates, packaging designs, or custom illustrations can be added as extra services.
