  We do not offer refunds for work already completed. While we charge on an hourly basis, payments are made on a weekly basis. Once a week of work has been completed, cancellations or refunds for the hours worked are not available.

  You pay only for the actual hours worked, which is tracked and shown in the Loom videos. There are no fixed estimates or surprise charges — just pay for the real, documented time spent on your project.

• How do I know you're working the full hour?

  For every hour worked, we'll record a full Loom video showing exactly what we've done. You'll get to see how the time was spent, ensuring you're getting the full value of each hour. This gives you complete transparency regarding the work and guarantees no extra time is added without your consent.

• How does this benefit me as a client?

  This approach ensures you only pay for actual work completed. You'll never be charged for idle time or work that wasn't necessary. It also lets you track the project's progress and ensures your requests are being handled accurately.
