🔍 Exploration & Research Duration: Up to 1 Week Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint market gaps, opportunities, and unique selling points. This research provides the foundation for innovative ideas and ensures the app stands out in the competitive landscape. Present findings to the client for feedback and validation.

📐 Structure and UI concepts Duration: 1-2 Weeks Design the user journey and information architecture, organizing content and actions to optimize the user experience while aligning with business goals. Validate the initial UX concepts with the client and, if possible, conduct user testing to ensure the design meets real-world user needs.

✨ Final UI Design Development Duration: 1-2 Weeks Create the final UI design, including the style guide, UI components, and polished screens. Present the UI designs to the client for approval and conduct user testing to validate the design’s visual appeal and functionality before finalizing.

Design Review & Refinement Duration: 2-5 Days Gather feedback from the client on the final designs. Make necessary iterations to the design based on this feedback, ensuring the product is optimized and ready for development.

Comprehensive Documentation & Handoff Duration: 2-5 Days Prepare complete documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and any relevant notes to ensure smooth handoff to the development team. Present the final designs to the client and confirm that all elements are clear and in line with the initial vision.
