Process: How It Works

1️⃣ Discovery & Strategy

📞 Two Initial Calls to Understand Your Needs

First, we hop on a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your business, goals, audience, competitors, and vision for the website.

After the initial consultation, I send over a Google Drive document or Typeform to collect all necessary details—branding preferences, content, photos, and specific functionalities needed.

A second strategy call is scheduled to review your responses, discuss branding, analyze competitor sites, and go over any sample websites you like for inspiration.

2️⃣ Planning & Design Concept

Once all the information is gathered, I select the branding elements (colors, fonts, layout structure) to ensure consistency.

I analyze the user journey to create a website that is both functional and easy to navigate.

Depending on the project scope, I design a wireframe or Figma prototype for client approval before development begins.

3️⃣ Website Build & First Draft

The website is designed and built on Wix, Wix Studio, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or another preferred platform.

If a custom-coded site is required, I convert Figma designs into HTML, CSS, or React for a fully tailored build.

I ensure the site is mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for speed.

Once the initial draft is ready, I send it over for review.

4️⃣ Revisions & Refinements

First Review Call – We go over the first draft together, making adjustments based on feedback.

Second & Third Rounds of Revisions – Further refinements to design, content, or functionality to ensure the site aligns with your vision.

All necessary tweaks are made, including final branding refinements, layout adjustments, and content updates.

5️⃣ Finalization, Testing & Launch

I finalize the design and integrate all necessary functionalities such as: ✅ Contact forms & booking systems ✅ E-commerce setup & payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) ✅ Newsletter & CRM integrations ✅ Mobile responsiveness & speed optimization

The site undergoes thorough testing across different devices and browsers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

6️⃣ Handover & Ongoing Support

The website is officially launched, and I provide a walkthrough on how to manage updates and content.

If needed, I offer ongoing support for updates, SEO improvements, security, and maintenance.
