Summary

This service provides implementable designs that are informed by data and tailored to achieving specific business goals. I can collaborate with product teams, provide insights from existing customer data and research, and help build designs for short term work while setting them up for success with long-term goals.

Process

This process would involve a combination of steps, tailored to specific project needs. These steps can include:
Establishing the scope and goals of the project
A review of business goals and KPIs, including conversations with business stakeholders
Reviewing current designs, and any data analytics or user feedback the business currently has; reviewing related industry research and information
Defining a framework for identifying UX problems, and the impact on customers and the business
Laying out a detailed short and long-term design plan, from skateboard to car: a map of the short term UX changes that carry significant impact, and the steps that can be taken to get to a larger North Star goal within the product experience.
Iterations of mockups to define the visual details of design recommendations, in collaboration with engineers, and feedback on implementation
A post-release success measurement plan, defining the specific metrics that can be measured to indicate a positive UX improvement, and can inform next steps in an iterative design project.
