How many hours does this retainer cover?
The retainer reserves 20 hours of my availability for the month. If you would like a retainer for more or less hours, we can talk and create a custom retainer package!
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month because the retainer reserves my availability to work with you.
Will I be able to request extra hours if needed?
If I have the availability, absolutely! Extra hours outside of the retainer will be billed hourly.
How does the payment for this retainer work?
Full payment of the retainer must be paid on the 1st of every month before work begins.
How much notice do you need if I wish to cancel the retainer the next cycle?
At least two weeks would be appreciated!
What tasks are not covered under the retainer?
Branding projects/services (brand strategy and brand identity) and Website Design is not covered under the retainer.
