I am happy to work with whatever file transfer service you have. I have subscriptions to Box and Google Drive and can assist you in file transfer if needed.

Real Estate Promo

Property Tour Video
Video walkthrough tours are superior to 3D virtual tours because they give potential buyers a more tangible sense of thwt it’s like to actually walk around the property. When further enhanced with your powerful descriptions and insights into the property, these tours provide a richer, more immersive experience, allowing buyers to connect emotionally with the space and envision themselves living there.
Discovery Call
Discovery video chat to discuss the details and scope of your project. We will discuss your vision, target audience, emotional tone, branding requirements, and any existing assets. I'll also gather information about your deadlines and deliverables.
Editing & Post-Production
I will gather all available assets and acquire any additional assets needed for your project, then put together a first cut that incorporates any branding, music, transitions, footage, stock footage, motion graphics, and any basic color/sound adjustments. Once that is complete I'll send you a link to a cloud drive where you can review the edit and we can exchange notes.
Up to 3 Formats
Choose 2: 1920x1080 / 1080x1080 / 1080x1920 / or any other formats. *If you are unsure of which formats are best suited to your use case, I am happy to advise you on best practices!
Up to 3 Revisions
I pride myself on quick turnarounds (you've got to move fast in a hot market!) and minimal revisions. Historically, my clients have not needed a significant number of revisions. Extra revisions can be discussed at an hourly rate.
5 minutes or Less!
Final deliverable total length not to exceed 5 minutes.
Motion Graphics
I can add simple branded graphics and lower thirds to your video. Extensive motion graphics can be discussed for additional fees.
