FAQs
What do I need to provide before we start?
1.Product details (name, tagline, ingredients, etc.) 2.Brand assets (logo, fonts, colors if available) 3.Size/dimensions of the packaging 4.Printer dieline (if you have one)
What if I don’t have a dieline?
No problem. I'll still create the design and provide a general layout. You can add the dieline later when you’re ready to print, or I can help apply it once it’s available.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, 2 rounds of feedback are included. You can request layout, color, or text adjustments during those rounds. Additional changes beyond that can be discussed.
Will I get a mockup to visualize the design?
Yes, I’ll provide a realistic product mockup so you can see what the design will look like on your bottle, can, or box.
What file formats will I receive?
1.A print-ready CMYK PDF 2.The editable source file (AI or PSD) 3.High-resolution JPG/PNG if needed 4.A 3D product mockup (JPG/PNG)
Can you help with packaging copy or content?
If you need help refining the text, I can give basic suggestions but I don’t provide full copywriting. Please send finalized copy where possible.
What's included
1 label or package design (AI or PSD)
A fully designed label or package layout, created using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. This includes the visual elements (text, logo, graphics) arranged according to your product’s size, style, and branding needs. AI (Illustrator) - best for vector, scalable, print PSD (Photoshop) - for more illustrative or detailed layouts
Print-ready file + mockup preview
You’ll receive a CMYK print-ready PDF or high-res export that meets industry standards, plus a 3D mockup preview so you can see what the design will look like on your actual product (e.g., bottle, can, box).
2 rounds of revisions
After I send the first draft, you’ll get two rounds of feedback to refine the colors, layout, or small details. This ensures we shape the final piece exactly how you want it — without delays or scope creep.
Optional dieline adjustment(Optional)
If you already have a dieline (a technical packaging template from your printer), I can apply the design directly to it. If small adjustments are needed to fit the dieline, I’ll take care of that too.
