You will receive a detailed Google Docs document outlining the onboarding process, including checklists, responsibilities, communication strategies, and implementation suggestions.

The outcome is a document in Google Docs that describes your customized onboarding process tailored for your company in detail. This can then be easily implemented in any of your systems, such as Trello, Asana, or JIRA.
Each onboarding process is unique. I am using my skills, knowledge and experience, and the information you provided to me during our consultation. I don't have a checklist that you could download and start using straight away, each onboarding process is customized to the needs of my clients.
My favourite clients are between 20 and 100 employees. I can work with building the process from the ground up, or I can help to revamp the existing process.
I typically work with startups in a hybrid environment, but we can work together whether you are a remote or on-site company, too. You also don't need to be a startup either, I love working with CEOs who want to improve their onboarding process and HR function.
I expect 4-6 hours from the CEO including our meetings and any presentations made to the CEO. I would also like to meet with some of the team members, where we would spend about 2-3 hours on meetings regarding your current processes and 4 hours on knowledge transfer.
Implementation of the onboarding process to your systems is not included. I will provide you with all information needed on how you can implement your new employee onboarding process. If you need help, you can reach out to me at any time.
