Developing a tailored employee handbook in Google Docs, with access for your review and feedback.
4. Knowledge Transfer
Training your team to understand the employee handbook, make updates and keep it up-to-date.
5. Launch and Iteration
Supporting the launch of the employee handbook, collecting feedback and making necessary adjustments for a fixed period of time.

  • What is the exact outcome of this project?

    The outcome is a document in Google Docs that includes a tailored employee handbook for your company. This can then be easily implemented in any of your systems, including Confluence, Notion, etc.

  • Are you using templates for creating the employee handbook?

    Each company is unique. I am using my skills, knowledge and experience, and the information you provided to me during our consultation. I don't have templates I would just populate, each employee handbook is customized to the needs of my clients.

  • What is the ideal size of the company?

    My favourite clients are between 20 and 100 employees, but there is never too early or never too late to build a well-rounded employee handbook.

  • What type of companies do you usually work with?

    I typically work with startups in a hybrid environment, but we can work together whether you are a remote or on-site company, too. You also don't need to be a startup either, I love working with CEOs who want to improve their HR function.

  • What is the time demand from the client?

    I expect 4-6 hours from the CEO including our meetings and any presentations made to the CEO. I would also like to meet with some of the team members, where we would spend about 2-3 hours on meetings for me to understand how your company works.

  • What is not included?

    Implementation of the employee handbook to your systems (like Confluence or Notion) is not included. If you need help, you can reach out to me at any time.
