Process
During our cooperation I will:
Listen to your business ideas, goals, issues and pain points and find out if any software solution is suitable
Gather the project requirements in a form that both you, business people and technical specialists can understand
Help you select what's important and identify what's missing for a successful software solution
Give reasonable estimates of the time frame and cost for the project implementation
We will only need one face-to-face meeting (~30-60 min call).
The rest of our interaction, including approvals and the transfer of intermediate and final results, will be asynchronous.
