Summary

I will design and code a custom, responsive HTML email template that works perfectly across all major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and other mail provider like MailChimp. Your template will be reusable, rigorously tested, and built for maximum engagement.

Process

Discovery & Onboarding We'll kick off the project with a simple questionnaire to gather your design files (Figma, Sketch, etc.), brand guidelines, and any specific content or images you want to include.
Development & Coding I will meticulously hand-code your design into a single, responsive HTML file, focusing on clean code and maximum compatibility with all major email clients.
Rigorous Testing & Quality Assurance Your template will be tested across email clients and devices (including the tricky ones like Outlook and Gmail) to ensure it looks perfect everywhere.
Review & Revisions I will send you a private preview link of the functional template for your review. This phase includes one round of minor revisions to make sure every detail is just right.
Final Delivery Once you give the final approval, I will package and deliver all your project files: the ESP-ready .html file, the cross-client compatibility report, and your custom quick-start guide.

    I will support maximum of 3 revision for free after the first delivery if you need to adjust or customize some of the elements. Please note that the customization must still logically possible to be addressed on Email Templating (with its limitation).
