I will deploy the work-in-progress site on my own server just for testing and references on the final product but for hosting the website or app, then you need to have your own hosting like VPS or shared-hosting (Hostinger, etc.). I will gladly help you to deploy it there.
It depends on the requirement and the availability of the assets. If you already have the design for all pages, and already have the assets, it will be as quick as 1 week but still we'll discuss it on direct message.
For the revision phase, I will give 3 bulk revisions. Means that you can get back to me with list of revision or updates in single document (like google docs / spreadsheet) and count it as one even if it has multiple elements update.
