  I conduct job interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations. Along the recruitment process I will coordinate and manage for new employees while the timeline is provided

• Human Resources

  Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns. Furthermore I will provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance-related matters.

• Database Administration

  Manage employee information in HR systems and databases.
