About this service

Summary

I provide executive-level advisory on how to deploy patented Smart Airport IP across the world’s busiest terminals. My systems replace outdated 1949 barcode tech and insecure RFID with eco-friendly, validator-ready, blockchain-compatible logistics — delivering both security and sustainability at barcode-level cost.
I guide joint venture setups (BOO/BO models), IP integration, and modular system rollout across terminals — with licensing, SOW, and partner control terms built in. Revenue potential is massive:
Top 50 European airports: $6.66 billion over 10 years
Top 21 U.S. airports: $5.725 billion over 10 years
Top 17 Middle East airports: $2.77 billion over 10 years
With biodegradable components, carbon tracking, and patented visual systems, my IP unlocks both ROI and ESG alignment for forward-thinking operators.

Process

You share your goals, airport profile (Cat-X or other), or IP interest
We run an initial 1–2 hour strategy session (investigate your mission)
I build a licensing structure, opportunity matrix, or SOW (PDF or deck)
If you wish to continue, we move to monthly retainer where I provide all technical elements and documents required to develop the business, including system testing, documents and reports to approving bodies, airport and airlines pitchs, investor pitchs for Build-Own-Operate (BOO) business model, and more as a project consultant.
(Optional) part of each (BOO) to ensure IP, buseinees development, revenues, earnings and shareholder value success.

FAQs

  • Q: Are you offering airport tech buildout services directly?

A: I act as the strategist and licensing IP holder. I provide oversight, connect you to build partners, and ensure delivery aligns with patented systems.

  • Q: What types of airports is this designed for?

A: All airports can integrate the IP. However, Primarily Category-X (Cat-X), and (Cat-1) U.S. airports, high-volume Asian, European terminals, Middle East terminals, and international innovation hubs will provide the highest earnings and revenues from the business.

  • Q: Can we structure revenue share or BOO (Build-Own-Operate) model?

A: Yes — I offer consulting on how to create a BOO or licensing structure with investor-friendly economics, using my IP portfolio. This can be performed as an external consultant, or as a equity participant in each of the BOO entiies.

What's included

  • Smart Airport System (SAS) Opportunity Review

Review of airport scope, terminal layout, current process gaps, and monetizable system opportunities (security, logistics, passenger flow)

  • Custom IP Licensing Plan

Advisory on how to integrate Smart Airport IP — including proprietary systems, modular logistics layers, and validator-ready backend design providing more advanced security features than 1949 barcode technology, or more expensive RFID technologies that are still not secure. My IP provides Carbon Footprint, Biodegradable, Eco-friendly assets at barcode costs, and provides new revenues for airports.

  • Scope of Work (SOW) Development

I help define the complete build phase: subsystems, timeline, dev team structure, cost estimate

  • Partner Strategy / Investment Support

Guidance on JV structures (e.g., Build-Operate models), profit splits, and strategic control terms. Top 50 Airports in Europe can generate $6.66 billion revenues for 10-year BOO contracts, Top 21 US Airports can generate $5.725 billion revenues for 10-year BOO contracts, and Top 17 airports in Middle East can generate $2.77 billion for 10-year BOO contracts.
