I help you plan the perfect discovery trip — with 12 hours researched and personalized investment report, curated property shortlist, and trusted local contacts. You only have to review and select which properties you like, in which cities or districts you prefer, and make a final list for in-person viewings trip.
I charge no real estate commissions on purchases, no pressure — just the clarity and strategy you need before stepping on the plane.

Process

You complete a simple intake (goals, regions of interest, budget, timeline, etc.)
I spend 12-hours building your custom Investment Discovery Plan and shortlist with at least 15-20 properties for your review.
Delivery within 5–7 business days
At the end of this 12-hour Investigation Package, you will have a list of investment properties you like most. All you need to do then is plan your trip to come see them in-person and pick the one that best matches your needs.
Optional: Schedule on-the-ground visit with full day consulting ($1,000/day) — VIP Guide, I take you to each property on your final list, introduce you to brokers, join property visits, and guide deal strategy

    A: Yes. Condominiums (49% foreign quota) are easiest. Houses or land require alternate structures like leasehold, company ownership, or Thai spouse partnerships.

  • Q: What if I don’t want to fly to Thailand yet?

    A: This package is perfect for Phase 1 planning. I provide deep insight and property options so you know what’s possible before making the trip. You can decide when to take your Phase 2 trip to Thailand later. If you wish to book me for VIP Guide taking you from property to property, introducing real estate agents, and lawyers to ensure safe purchase, this package is part of Phase 2

  • Q: Are you a licensed real estate agent?

    A: No. I work as your independent advisor — I don’t take commissions. I connect you to trusted brokers during your Viewing trip to Thailand to protect your interests throughout the process.
