I’ll build you a personalized, no-fluff Discovery Plan that compares locations, lifestyles, costs, and housing options — tailored to your life goals where you spend 2 to 3 days at each location such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Samui, Hua Hin, and Pattaya to investigate and get the know the place to see if its that magical spot that fits your needs.

Phase 1 is (the Planning Stage). Map out your trip itinerary and places you wish to see. Phase 2 - is your actual trip to Thailand where I can you VIP style to each city you select to show you around to understand everything from shopping, restaurants, coffshops, bars, nightclubs, schools, transport options, apartments, condos, houses, or luxury villas to rent or buy, (if purchasing properies - can handle furnishings purchases and placement into your place for you), maid services, so you quickly become a local. At the end of your Phase 2 trip, you’ll know where to live, what to expect, and what fits your budget before you even board a plane.

Assist with introducing you to professionals to handle your visas like Elite Visa, Smart Visa, Nomad Visa, Education or Retirement Visas and more.

Process

Book the Phase 1 - Consulting Package (12 hrs) Trip Planning. Fill out a simple relocation intake form (goals, lifestyle, budget, preferred locations to visit, rental or investment properties viewings, etc.)

I create your personal Discovery Trip Plan based on real local insights of having lived in Thailand for 20+ years.

Delivery in 5–7 days (PDF + optional voice notes). You can review and modify the draft Trip Itinerary until satisfied.

Once Phase 1 Trip Planning - is completed, you can book me for Phase 2 -VIP hands-on Trip Guide for the number of days you scheduled for your investigation trip to Thailand.

(Optional) Book On-Site Consulting for Property Viewings & Deal Guidance, introductions to real estate brokers and lawyers to handle your investment properties purchase(s) during your Phase 2 trip.

Q: Do you help with actual property purchases or rental contracts?
A: I do not act as a licensed agent. I help you plan, research, and shortlist options, and arrange viewings of them (whether rental or purchase). When you’re ready, I introduce you to local brokers and attorneys I personally trust.
Q: Is this just for retirees?
A: Not at all. This package is great for remote workers, digital nomads, investors, or families considering a fresh life overseas. The #1 clients are (nomads or remote tech workers).
