First, creating a strong brand identity requires a thorough analysis of the brand's vision, values and unique proposal. This implies getting to know deeply your audience and the competition. STRATEGY CALL:
We begin with a initial call o we begin with a preliminary call. During this call, the clients has the opportunity to share detailed information about their brand and what they are looking for. We are interested in understanding their vision.
QUESTIONNAIRE:
However, we understand that sometimes explaining and expressing ideas can be somewhat complex. For this reason, at the end of the call, we offer our clientss a personalized questionnaire. This questionnaire consists of a variety of strategically designed questions to allow the clientss to perform a self-evaluation exercise and clarify their ideas.
The questionnaire covers different aspects, ranging from more theoretical questions related to the brand's core values or mission, to more imaginative and aspirational questions. The latter helps us explore the emotional and creative aspect of the brand. For example, we may ask the clients which song best represents the spirit of their brand. These questions facilitate a deeper understanding and alignment with the clients's desires and expectations, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the desired look and feel the clients wishes to convey.
MOODBOARDS:
We use this information as a foundation to create the brandbook for the brand, which the clients can use as a presentation tool. The brandbook is a comprehensive guide that captures the essence and key elements of the brand identity, including its purpose, values, tone of voice and visual elements.
In addition, we develop a series of mood boards inspired by the brand's fundamental pillars. These mood boards are visual compilations that convey the desired aesthetics, atmosphere and style for the brand. Each mood board is carefully constructed, selecting images, colors, typography and other visual elements that faithfully represent the essence and message the clients wants to communicate to their audience.
COLOR PALETTES: We develop three different color palettes that fit the distinct universes that align with each clients's briefing. Each of these palettes uniquely conveys the brand's values. When developing these color palettes, we immerse ourselves in the brand's context and the information provided by the clients. Leveraging our design expertise and knowledge, we create color combinations that faithfully reflect the brand's identity and align with its message. Each color palette is carefully selected and designed to evoke specific emotions and effectively convey the brand's values and personality.
LOGOTYPE:
Regarding the logo, we present it to the clients with three graphic lines representing different ways to embody the brand's identity. We love to explore and experiment with typography as it has a significant impact on the clients's perception. The logo development varies considerably based on the brand's vision and mission.
Each logo proposal is carefully created, taking into account the brand's values and personality. We play with different typography styles, shapes and graphic elements to achieve a unique and effective visual representation. We consider readability, consistency with the brand's identity and the emotional impact the logo may have on potential clients. In all our visual proposals, we include mockups that showcase how the brand identity would be applied in various contexts. These mockups are realistic representations of how the visual identity would come to life and integrate into different elements such as corporate stationery, products, packaging, websites, mobile applications, among others.
CORPORATIVES FONTS:
Once we have defined the graphic line of the logo, we delve into researching and presenting possible combinations of corporate typefaces for both headings and body text. This step is crucial to ensure that the brand's universe works as a whole and conveys coherence across all visual elements.
During this stage, we explore a wide variety of typefaces that align with the brand's identity and reinforce its message by highlighting the advantages and characteristics of each one. We consider factors such as readability, the personality of the typeface and how it complements the logo and other graphic elements. FEEDBACKS:
When presenting the three logo proposals to the clients, we provide them with the opportunity to choose the option that best reflects their brand's vision and mission. We recognize that the logo is a fundamental part of a company's visual identity and it should convey the values and objectives clearly and attractively.
Once the final proposal is selected, we work on the necessary details and refinements to ensure a high-quality logo that is memorable and leaves a lasting impression on consumers. We are committed to delivering a logo that is a strong representation of the brand's identity and contributes to the success and recognition of the company.
DELIVERABLE & FINAL ASSETS: Once the brand identity has been finalized and approved, we proceed to complete and finalize the brandbook. This detailed document contains all the necessary information for brand recognition and consistency.
