Do i need to provide a brief for the project?
Every project begins differently. Some clients come with detailed documents, clear website structure, references, polished copy, and images, while others have only a broad idea. I can work from any starting position and help refine project objectives.
How will we communicate during the design process?
Im happy to use whatever app you use, this can be through WhatsApp, or Discord or Slack. For live calls and revisions we can either schedule a Google Meet/Zoom call or manage feedback through Figma comments.
How many revisions can i request?
My desire is to have you satisfied with the outcome based upon he projects objectives. So several revisions can be made so long as they are satisfying the criteria of the project.
What happens if mid design i want to change the UI direction entirely?
Significant design changes midway through the process are not included in the project scope. If you'd like to shift the design direction or revisit any of the other proposed concepts, we can negotiate a fee for the changes.
How do i make updates or add more pages once the sites completed?
You can each out whenever you need updates to be made and we can discuss a discuss a flat fee for both small and large changes
