Summary
Project scope is usually 2-4weeks, depending on what's required from the design brief.
In this project, we would have an intro meeting with key stakeholders to understand all that's required for this project, and a brief would be shared to capture all information to proceed with the project.
Additionally, a project management document would be generated and shared to keep all parties informed on what's happening at the phases of the project.
