YunMe is a health insurance brand. From our study, we found out that insurance is not a very interesting conversation in Africa. We want everyone to feel safe at the thought of health insurance knowing that they can get the best care with flexible plans made available to them.
At the start of this project, we did a brand strategy for the brand's nomenclature. A lot of things were factored into this naming but ultimately we wanted something that was emotive and personal to us and our target market.
The new identity centres on a wordmark that personalizes the brand and has flexibility that functions across various applications. “Ummm”- the brand expression crafted that echoes mutual relationship which is a key important part of the brand values.
The identity introduces a set of pastel colors associated with a soothing & calming sense of relaxation. This palette is further mixed into an interesting gradient style to portray a wider range and extensive color application.
Additionally, we created some custom and playful themed illustrations to introduce a warm comfortable feel that complements
the brand.
