Quick process breakdown:
Introductory call to capture specific project requirements
SOW creation, including deliverables, timeline and budget
SOW approval (or a revision loop), followed by the necessary paperwork
Deposit (usually 50%) and a kickoff call
Outlining the sitemap and content framework (if no copy is provided)
Moodboards, wireframing and design (all pending approvals), wrapped up in weekly recurring meetings
Project finalisation and handoff
Final payment (remaining 50%)
Post-project support (communication with devs, additional assets creation etc.)
What's included
Dev-friendly Figma file
For screen designs, a well organised Figma file containing every designed screen for desktop, tablet and mobile, including all interactive states, modals etc. Considering project type and size, Figma file could contain a small or a robust design system.
Animation examples
Several examples of animations to serve as a reference, as well as detailed Figma comments that describe transitions and animation behaviour (duration, easing type, delays etc.).
Additional assets
In case of any custom work, such as illustrations or custom iconography, a well organised .psd or .ai source file(s).
