Process
1. Kick-off!
First things first, we need to know your business inside and out.
What are your goals and objectives?
What makes you unique?
Who is your target audience?
We call this process discovery, and it starts with you filling out a short questionnaire, and we follow that up with a few meetings on Google Meet. We work hand-in-hand to create a strategy and a blueprint for how you want your new website to look and feel.
Don't worry if you're new to this – we'll guide you through the process step by step.
2. Design & Build
Once we know a bit more about you and your business, it's time to create something beautiful and unique.
Then we start the design process. Like everything we do, this is a collaborative step, and we share our design workspace with you so you can make sure we are hitting the mark.
We build websites using clean, standards-compliant code, following best practice in the industry. And before we launch your website, we go through a series of audits to make sure your site is accessible, is search engine optimized, and looks great on a range of different desktop and mobile devices
Before we launch, we show you how to use your website. Our onboarding process involves hands-on Google Meet calls, personalised videos and documentation.
And once we've launched your website, we do an immediate audit to make sure all the links and forms are working correctly, and we monitor your website for at least 48 hours to make sure nothing goes wrong. That includes checking your emails to make sure they still work.
