The report covers what I found, what I'd restructure in Notion, where automation would save real time, whether AI agents are worth it in your case, and a roadmap with a suggested order to build in. You also get an estimate of what implementation would cost and how long it would take.

The report is yours. There's no obligation to hire me for the build. Some teams implement it internally, others hand it to another consultant, and that's a fine outcome.
