Most Notion workspaces start well and fall apart around month three. Pages pile up until nobody's sure which database is the real one, and people drift back to spreadsheets.
I build Notion workspaces that hold up. A system your team runs on daily, connected to the tools you already pay for, automated so it maintains itself instead of waiting on someone to remember.

How it works

We start with a 15-minute call. You tell me what's not working, and I'll be straight about whether I'm the right person for it and whether Notion is even the right tool for what you're describing. Nothing is due at this stage.
If we're a fit, the next step is a paid audit. I map how your team operates and what's actually broken underneath the thing you asked me to fix, then send a written report within 48 hours with findings, recommendations, and a roadmap.
Then I build. Databases with a clear purpose and views your team will use without a manual, structured so someone who has never opened Notion can find their way around.
Then I connect it. n8n handles the flows between Notion and the rest of your stack. I'll add AI agents where they earn their place. Plenty of the time a simple automation does the same job for less money, and I'll tell you when that's the case.
Then I hand it over. Full documentation, plus at least one person on your team trained to run it and fix it without me. Thirty days of support after that.

What you get

A workspace your team doesn't have to babysit with manual data entry
Your tools talking to each other, with Notion as the single source of truth
Automations that keep the system current on their own
Documentation for everything, handed over with the build
I work with startups, founders, small businesses, and ops teams at mid-market companies. Usually the person hiring me is the one who has to present the result to their COO, so the build has to make sense to people who weren't in the room for it.
If your Notion is a mess, or you haven't started and want it right the first time, send me a message and tell me what's breaking.
