• Do I need my own n8n account, or do you host it?

  You will need your own instance so that you have full control and ownership of your data. I usually recommend n8n Cloud for ease of use, but if you prefer a Self-Hosted version (to save on costs or for data privacy), I can guide you through the server setup process as well.

• Will you have access to my private client data?

  Only strictly what is necessary to build and test the tool. Once the project is verified and complete, I instruct you on how to revoke my access to ensure your data remains private and secure.

• Will this work if I change my passwords or API keys later?

  Yes, but you will need to update them in n8n. I set up all automations using a centralized "Credential Store" within n8n. This means if you change a password, you only have to update it in one place, and it updates across all your workflows automatically.

• What happens if the automation breaks a month from now?

  I build with "robust error handling," which means the system tries to fix itself or alerts you before crashing.

• My current workflow is working but it burns through too many credits. Can you fix that?

  Absolutely. This is a common issue. I specialize in refactoring workflows to be "credit-efficient." By optimizing loops, using batching, and removing redundant nodes, I can often reduce execution costs significantly without changing the final output.

• Will I know how to use this? I'm not very technical.

  You don't need to be a coder to run these. Along with the automation, I provide a loom video walkthrough explaining exactly how it works and a simple PDF guide.

• What if the software I use (e.g., Airtable, Slack) changes their API?

  Tech companies do update their systems occasionally. While I build the workflows to be as future-proof as possible, major API changes might require a "tune-up." Since you own the code, you can hire me (or anyone else) for a quick hourly update if that ever happens.

• Do I own the workflow, or do you keep a copy?

  You own 100% of the Intellectual Property. At the end of the project, I deliver the raw JSON file (the blueprint) and ensure it is running on your account.
