• Discovery

  During the Discovery phase, help clients define the product strategy and product market fit. Some example activities and deliverables might include competitive analysis, user research & synthesis, content audits, persona creation, value prop definition.

• Explore & Ideate

  During this phase, I help clients explore and ideate. This might include co-creation sessions, design workshops, user flows, service design blueprints, information architecture, and concept sketching and testing.

• Craft & Build

  During the craft and build phase, we've validated a direction and are ready to design and build the product. Some examples of deliverables may include end-to-end wireflows, visual design, hi-fidelity prototypes, user feedback, and design documentation.
