📞 Discovery & Research We’ll begin by discussing your app’s goals, target audience, and core features. This step includes gathering insights through research and understanding your users’ needs to create a design that aligns with your vision and solves user problems effectively.
📐 Defining the User Journey Next, I’ll map out user flows to define how users will navigate through your app. This ensures a logical and seamless experience, guiding users toward achieving their goals effortlessly.
🖥 Wireframing Using the insights from the discovery phase, I’ll create wireframes to establish the app’s structure and layout. This blueprint helps visualize the app’s functionality and screen-to-screen interactions before diving into detailed design.
🎨 High-Fidelity UI Design Once the wireframes are approved, I’ll create high-fidelity mockups that showcase the app’s final look and feel. This includes selecting colors, typography, and other visual elements that align with your brand while focusing on creating an engaging and user-friendly design.

  • Should I provide a brief to kick off the project?

    Each project has a different starting point. Someone provides comprehensive documents outlining app structure, references, and basic wireframes. Someone only has a general idea. Wherever you're at, there's nothing to worry about.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

    For general communication, we can use WhatsApp, Email, and Slack. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call, loom recordings, or handle it through Figma comments or huddle.

  • How many changes can I request during design process?

    Your feedback is highly valued and encouraged – during our collaboration under the hourly project, I provide unlimited revision rounds at any stage. Under a flat fee project, I typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions after Structure & Design steps.

  • What if I want to update the app or add more screens after we finish the project?

    Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. I'm open to providing continuous support for projects at my current hourly rate or a flat fee.

  • Can you help us with the development?

    Of course, I can bring in my resource who specializes in application development using Flutter and React.
