Day 2 — Optimize. I apply the fixes: inline critical CSS, async non-critical CSS, font-display swap, self-hosted fonts, DOM cleanup, deferred third-party scripts, image optimization where needed.
Day 3 — Validate & document. Re-run Lighthouse. Before/after screenshots. Short Loom video walking you through what changed and why.
